Video: Sleep – Goon To A God

Another great video from Sleep, a founding member of The Fraternity, “Goon To A God” gives viewers one of those rare glimpses of what hip-hop should be.  Possibly not even ten projects deep in his visual career, director Dan Hazeboy’s “dark” theme is something that has caught my eye.  Simply put, “Goon To A God” is a dope video, with dope lyrics, over a dope beat produced by The Fraternity’s resident sound maker, Dope Antelope.  Get it?

Video: Joe and Box Ft. Charlie X – Splinter

New Jersey duo Joe & Box drop off a visual for their track entitled Splinter, from their debut album, Never Grow Up, that was released today. In the visual Joe & Box find themselves held captive in a prison that seems to be in total darkness, until they begin to tear away the black abyss and discover an unknown world full of possibilities. They must then choose whether to stay in the safety of their known world or stray out into a world where anything is possible. With the help of Charlie X, the duo delivers a solid track that is worth the listen. Peep the visual above.

Video: AJ Suede ft. Teck & Joey Shinobi – After Earth

These kids are dope!!
3 emcees are here to paint you a lyrical image of atom bombs and ghost towns. Anarchy and destruction. Aj Suede has assembled two hometown heroes to help spread this message of impending doom. The self produced track forces the listeners to open their mind’s eye, while the Omar Jones directed visual takes them through this journey.
After Earth is a song from the highly anticipated “Gold and Fire” album set to be released later this year.

2 months after Steve Liriks released his 5th offering, No Faith in Humans. He surprises the world with a visual for “Jungle/Steve Job,” while taking a stroll through Trinity College. All shot in the beautiful city of Dublin, Ireland.
